My house is for sale

Hello all,

I created this website/page to sell my house located in Jomtien Park Villas (Pattaya). If you are a real estate agent, I am therefore not interested by your services. I launched this website on 30 July 2014 (2557)... so don't wait too long because this house is pretty unique and kept under perfect condition (housekeeping, gardening, swimming pool care).

The house is located in one of the most reputated villages of Pattaya : Jomtien Park Villas.

The village has a prime location on Thepprasit Soi 17 making easy and quick any access to Sukhumvit (towards Bangkok or Rayong), Thappraya Road (connecting Jomtien Beach and Pattaya) and of course Jomtien Beach.

The house has been totally renovated under the supervision of an architect and is sold fully furnished. The house is in perfect condition as I am leaving alone. 

I have already planned to leave the house in November 2014 (2557) but I can of course arrange myself to leave the property earlier so you can move in directly. One of the arrangements is that I am disposed to pay you a rent on the house.

The reason I leave my house is to move to a penthouse. As I am living alone, it will be more suitable for me.

Plan of payment : I agree to sell the house based on a financial arrangement with a minimum deposit to be paid initially. The whole process will be handled by a sollicitor. In this case, you can move inside the house as soon as my scheduled departure (November 2014 - 2557) is completed.

Transfer of ownership and documents : It will only occur once the house is paid in full.

Common fees : The common fees for the village are of 55.000 ฿. The fees for the year 2014 (2557) are already paid.

A house in Jomtien Park Villas is also a great value for investment as you can expect a return of 6-7%. A friend of mine who owns a smaller plot (676 m² - 169 talang wah) in the village gets 120.000 bahts net per month. There are other houses in the village Jomtien Park Villas that are rented at similar rates. Generally, they are rented on a minimum 1 year basis by companies that pay the rent for their highly-skilled employees who mostly work in Laem Chabang (north of Pattaya).
